Meet the Starlink Aviation Team
President & Chief Operating Officer
Zoran Bratuljevic has over 30 years of aviation experience including various leadership roles such as Operations Manager, Director of Latin American Operations, Director of Sales and Senior Charter Broker. Zoran has been with Starlink since Oct 2005 where he began as General Manager rising to the position of Vice President in 2008 and finally to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer in early 2012. As President and Chief Operating Officer he is responsible for the day to day management of the company.
FBO General Manager
David Bruneau is an expert licensed mechanic who joined the Starlink team in 1992. Over the years he has been responsible for the management of our bases in Alma and Quebec City (QC), and Yarmouth (NS). He became FBO Director in February 2010. Answering to Zoran Bratuljevic, Chief Operating Officer, David is in charge of managing line operation services, the building, courtesy vehicles, and the FBO equipment. He is also responsible for airside customer service.
Director of Flight Operations
Reinaldo Caceres joined Starlink Aviation in July 2010 as the Director of Flight Operations. Prior to this, Reinaldo held the position of Assistant to the Director for Flight OPS before being promoted to the position of Director for an in-house Airline Safety Management Program. In addition to his professional experience, Reinaldo holds a three-year Aircraft Pilot Diploma and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He is fluently trilingual (English, French and Spanish), facilitating his exchanges with clients from everywhere in North America.
Director of Maintenance
Antonio has twenty years of experience in the aviation industry. He Started in aviation as an apprentice and moved to crew chief, quality manager, production manager and then Maintenance Director. He has been a part of the Starlink Aviation family for well over 16 years. He is also a commercial twin rated pilot and flies occasionally.
Director of Human Resources
Chantal Foisy has been with Starlink Aviation since 1991 where she held various positions such as Executive Assistant to the President, HR and has been involved with Payroll, Accounts payable/receivable and month ends. Chantal’s current role since 2011 is Director of Human Resources and is also still responsible for the payroll department.
Director of Charter Sales
Sylvie brings over ten years of entrepreneurial experience while maintaining her role as Vice President within the family RV business. Through this vast professional experience, she has excelled at personalized customer service and recognizes that successful sales are a direct result of attention to detail and high end customer service. In 2008, Sylvie Santini joined Starlink Aviation as Manager of Charter Sales and in 2013, Sylvie’s role evolved to take on the challenge of Director of Charter Sales.
