Starlink Aviation began in 1981 as Avionair, a small company operating light twin-engine aircraft for charter from a 5,000 square foot hangar on Ryan Avenue in Dorval.

   The company was purchased from its founder in 1991 by Gilles Bruneau who directed the growth of the business to a fleet of 6 aircraft including 4 turboprops. The company succeeded in securing its first executive jet management contract in 1999.

   This addition was the catalyst to launch the construction project which became the 85,000 square foot facility we live in today.
